When Jessica Killin launched her campaign for Congress in Colorado, I had the opportunity to produce a video shoot for her campaign team.
With a project like this, there are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes. From coordinating crew and production logistics to managing gear, locations, schedules, and talent, my role was to help make sure everything came together smoothly so the creative team could focus on telling the story.
One of my favorite parts of production is building a great team around a project. For this shoot, I coordinated an experienced crew across production, camera, lighting, sound, hair and makeup, teleprompter, and more.
We also worked closely with Jessica’s team to plan the shoot around the campaign’s goals and make sure we had the right people, equipment, and schedule in place.
Bringing The Right Team Together
The result was a successful production that gave Jessica’s campaign a strong library of professional video content to use across its digital channels.
